All sales at Floral & Design are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been prepared or fulfilled, we will process a 50% refund of your order total. Once an order has been prepared, arranged, or dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Please include your order number and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm whether your cancellation qualifies for a 50% refund.

 

No Returns or Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of fresh floral arrangements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All items are made to order and are perishable.
